"Way to Go: An Atlas of the Art of Travel"
is the current exhibit through October at the Dawson County Historical Museum's Art Gallery. This is an ARTreach Traveling Exhibition from the Museum of Nebraska Art-Kearney. The exhibit has the viewer exploring the methods and essence of travel in a variety of mediums and subjects. Artist's works range from the early 1850's to contemporary pieces. Among Nebraska artists known internationally are Leonard Thiessen, Grant Reynard, and Aaron Pyle. Hours for the gallery are 9:00 a.m to 5:00 p.m., Monday-Saturday.
